Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

I recently moved into an apartment and not even 3 months later I am having problems. A younger kid moved in next door and came over one night to complain that the bass on my radio was too high. We resolved the issue and as my boyfriend and i were turning to go back into my apartment the kid turned around flipped me off and said F-U. My boyfriend turned towards him and the guy fell on the curb cutting his head. No physical contact had been made. My boyfriend and I even ran over there to see if he was ok but he pushed us away and called the cops saying my boyfriend had hit him. When the police got there they had no choice but to take him to jail because it was word against word and the kid was bleeding. Now my boyfriend is facing assault charges even though we have 2 witnesses saying no contact was made. My apartment complex has now said my boyfriend is not allowed on property. My question is how do I fight this. I am paying rent there and I am a good tenant. They have even said they are on our side and that the kid next door has already caused them problems because they like to sue people. However, they will still not allow him on property. Is there anything I can do as a resident that pays my rent to get my boyfriend allowed back on the property. He hasnt even been found guilty yet! I am willing to do what it takes!

If your BF is not found guilty then they cannot restrain your BF to come into your apartment. You are paying rent and it is your right to live as per your own wish. If your BF is still in the police record and did not acquitted from above charges then we can guide your some other way.
