Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

copywrite law

If i run a news site and I am copy / pasting a full article from any other news site, and in the end give a link to the original site or direct link to the source where teh article is taken from, is it enough for my site to become legit, or I have to ask permission from each news site seperatly?

Thanks in advance.
