Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

internet pricing

I have ran across a car dealership on the internet that has marked a new car $2000, is there anyway for this to have to be upheld? It has the cars VIN number also. Just wondering if it would be considered false advertising or if they allow for typos.

Car sales and transportation companies are two of the most common fraud sites. You should be very careful. That price could easily be claimed as a mistake/typo, possibly as a distraction to get money and never produce the car.
