I have a friend who I let use my name to get a vehicle. We are no longer friends and I am worried that she is not going to finish paying off that vehicle that is in my name. I never signed for the vehicle it seems she signed my name to every thing. Can I go get this car even though she is the one who has been paying for it?

Slow down. It is difficult to know from your description, but you may have some liabilities of your own in this transaction. It would be worth your while to accumulate all of the documents, and pay an attorney for his/her time to review the matter.
