Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

I bought a Chrysler convertible car on Feb 11 at a used car dealership, it was selling for 4,000 financed. I pointed out that it didn't have the back window and the drivers side mirror was broken also that the front headlight was broken, I asked is they were going to fix these issues she said "yes we already have the back window if you buy the car just bring it in tomorrow at 11 and we will fix it, it will take us 2 hours And i will fix the other stuff too." So i says "what about cash, is it the same price? She said "no we can negotiate the price it its cash." So i said "2500?" She said hold on i have to call my boss, She then came back outside And said he can do 2800 because he has to fix the back window And the other things,so I said 2800 and he will fix the back window? She says yes, so I said okay I'm buying it! When we were filling out the paperwork on the " as is" she said we won't write what we are going to fix cause your bringing it in tomorrow to fix. Well before I left the battery had died and they all said if anything is wrong with the car tomorrow bring it in and we will replace the battery. Okay so Saturday I go in because the battery had died so they replaced the battery and said to come back on Monday at 10 and they would have the back window ready. So Monday I took the day off to get my car fixed, well Monday I get there and they tell me come back Wednesday well I said hey I didnt go to work today because yall said yall were going to fix it on Saturday which ya didn't and told me to come in today Monday now I have to take Wednesday off! What's going on? The mechanic got mad started cursing at my husband so did my,husband and tells us to get our fu*%n Car off his car lot! So we talked to his boss and says to leave it and it should be ready in a couple of hours so I did, well I call him around 3 and he says he got a guy but he needed a special glue so he had gone to buy it and hadn't returned back okay make a story less short they have the car and money and it has not gotten fixed it is now Wednesday and now they told me tomorrow. So I have no car no money the car is not getting fixed. Can I sue them to get my money back or if I take it to get fixed can I sue them for the costs of the repairs they said they were going to fix and for my lost, wages on Monday? Even if it wasn't written on the contract that they would fix these issues?

Most contracts don't have to be in writing. They are binding even if they're oral contracts.

Go get a lawyer, and send this dirtbag a demand letter under Deceptive Trade Practices. And get ready to sue him.
