Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I was prescribed an oral rinse for after surgery by my dentist. When I picked up the prescription, the label that the pharmacy typed up and affixed to the bottle tells me to rinse and swallow, upon investigation by my Mother, she noticed that the paperwork that comes with the prescription says to rinse and spit out, do not swallow. A small yellow sticker was attached to the bottle - do not swallow. I would not have even notice that I was not supposed to swallow it, if my Mother had not seen it. Had I followed the instrucions that the pharmacist provided...I would be sick. What should I do?

Go tell the folks at the pharmacy so that they won't continue to put bad labels on this product. You can prevent harm from coming to someone else.
