Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Overseas Lottery Winner

I have been notified that I have won a ''million dollars'' lottery from the Netherlands and it all looks legit and they have verified my being the winner. I was picked at random...the website is www.kraslot.nl....I was wondering how I can find out if this is a scam, and, if not, can I collect the money? It is a lot of money...they have not asked me for any money or anything like that and they've said I could get an attorney over there to help with the distribution of the funds...they wanted me to fly to Amsterdam to collect the funds. The company is Krasloten Agency - Kraslotenstraat 11,2280 GA Rijswijk - The Netherlands and the phone is 0031-644-771-498. I could really use some advice on what to do. I need to respond as soon as possible. If I went there, would that be a different story....I would appreciate some advice in this matter ASAP!.

Sincerely,
