Hi; I need advice please,

what steps i need on order to get my money from a company that took my money? "Breach of contract"

I sue a company for $3140.00 in the small court. The day was Aug 16. The company did not show up, the court fail to my favor and the judge said, the company have 30 days to appeal. the 30 days are gone,

The judge said they had the give us our money back

we did not receive nothing from the court nor from the company, the question is: What do i need to do,, do i have to wait more, what are the steps to continue..

If u did not have a lawyer, call us. If the company has money, we would take case and there are several options..but first ask the Court to enforce the judgment...then u may be able to garnish the company's bank accounts..and include attorney fees
