Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I attended a career school for less than a month nearly 10 years ago and ended up quiting because of vandelism to my car. I never received any bill from the school after the fact and now I am recieving past due notices from a collection agency. Can they do that?

yes..you may have signed a "student" loan..so there is not limitaions..etc..and we would be happy to help...but IF u are sued, be sure to file a sworn denial..prepared by a lawyer in this field..ie consumer protection
