Atuo Loan

Opened up a partnership. Took out a loan in both our names in a work truck and tractor. Partnership is over and I have been making payments for both. If other party still has both truck and tractor. What are my options for getting compansation of payments I have made?

Your partner is liable to you for half of the payments on the equipment. You are also entitled to half of the revenue generated by the equipment. If you are still speaking with your former partner, there are mediation options. If your former partner is not reasonable then a lawsuit would resolve it.
