Mobile Home Repossession
My husband and I voluntarily had our mobile home reposessed as we could not afford the payments. In Texas, what will the mortgage company come back and charge us for? Can they garnish wages?

They can't garnishee wages. They can sue you for the difference between what you owe on the note and for what they're able to get for the subsequent sale of the mobile home, plus court costs and attorney fees.
