Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I went to a party with a friend . These gangmenbers murdered my friends friend. I went with my friend
to take his friend to his apart ment he was knocked unconsious and later died. We are not gang-
members, we were witnessess at the cout trials. This happened in jan. 2008. Today I was served with some lawsuit papers for negligance on my part, by his mother.

the lawyer is looking for insurance coverage..and perhaps your homeowners insurance, or the homeowners insurance for the home you lived in may provide coverage...call the insurance agent..but in any event you must answer the lawsuit..and if you had no homeonwers insurance they could get default judgment if you don't answer...just write the cour and lawyer..I deny any responsibility for the claim and deny each and every allegtion and demand strict proof....good luck..
