Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My wife maxed out credit cards that she applied for on her own I knew nothing about. Her name is on no vehicles, house, or utility payments. Can those credit card company's come back on me or toward any of my property while we are married?? Am I liable for any of her debt while we are married??

Yes. Texas is a community property state thus any debts acquired during the marriage are owed by both parties.
