Assault caises bodily injury
I have already been charged with Assault by contact, and paid my fine in full. In the same year, I was charged with Assault causes bodily injury and was placed on Adult Probatio for 12 months Deffered. If a movement to revoke is inorder, what is the minimum/maximum punnishment by texas state law?

If you case was a class A then your max punishment is 1 year in a county jail
