Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Boyfriend was charged with criminal mischeif, went to his hearing, attorney was MIA and has been unreachable since. They went ahead and incarcerated him, with beliefs that he was a flight risk. He has been on probation for 3 years now and has attended every hearing and every meeting with his PO, he hasn't ran in the 3 years he's been on probation and he had no intention of doing so. What is the next step?
