charged with friends dope after a raid
I was charged with meth after a raid at my friends house. Friend advised law that the drugs where not mine. Law advised I give a name or he would charge me. I had nothing in my possession. I was there watching a movie.

There is not a lot of specific information here to go on. Keep in mind however, that in order for you to be convicted of possession of a controlled substance, the State must prove that you intentionally or knowingly possessed it.
