Trying to become a cop
I am 32 least 4 years ago I was aressted for assult of my ex-girlfriend that did not live with me as for as I knew I had a class b misdermenor no paper work was giving to me then months later I look it up on the computer found out it was a class a now they say only had 30 days to appeal but I didn't know.Is their any way to get this back to court?

You say that you were arrested 4 years ago, but do not say what the outcome was -- dismissal, conviction, plea bargain etc.
You also comment about 30 days for appeal having elapsed, but you say that the incident occurred 4 years ago.
