expunged
I need to know how to get my recorder expunged. It was a felony reduced to a misdemeanor and I wont it to be remove from my record. the date of judgment was on august 18 1997 so can you tell me what form I need to file to get it remove.the charge was instrument:indictment offense convicted of theft

what court was the conviction in? did you recieve deferred adjudication?
