My ex-wife has been telling my seven year old daughter, which I have full custody of ,to get one of my guns and shoot myself and my present wife while we are sleeping. I have this recorded on video.Is this a criminal matter or child protective svcs matter?

I would consider it both, and I would advise you to modify your court order restricting access to child's mother.
