Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Felony - another mistake
cash handed to me in my job on different occasions i did not do the right thing, i have been asked to resign, it will all come out when someone new takes over the books, if i am approached about this what is my best reply

Get to a lawyer now. Find a lawyer in the county where the cash was given to you and tell the truth to that lawyer. They will likely tell you to keep your mouth shut and then can handle the negotiations.
