is there a statue of limitation regarding a felony theft case???? im on probation for another 3 years.

Yes, there is a statute of limitation on felony theft, but the statute of limitation only applies as to how long the State has to file the charges. In other words, the State has only so many years to bring charges or the charges cannot be filed. In your situation, the case is disposed of, and the Statute of Limitation does not apply. However, you may want to look into early termination of your community service depending on how long you have been on community service (probation).
