Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

minor in posession

My son got a DWI march 3, 2003. He was put on probation, and it would be dismissed after the year. He was caught with alcohol again on the 1st of may, and was given an MIP, and MIC, along with a drivng w/ suspended license, and resisting arrest. What will happen if he pleads guilty to the new charges because of the probation violation on the DWI? What is the minimum, and maximum time for jail on this, and could he possibly have to go to prison? Thanks
