misdeameanor
I was charged with a class c assult
4yrs ago. I never ever had anything on my record it was a shoving match basiclly. Myself and my husbands mistress. How does this effect my criminal back ground and can i get this expunged.

Based on what you have written, it is not clear whether you took a plea deal with the prosecutor or the case was dismissed. Dependent upon the outcome of the allegations, you may or may not be eligible for expunction of those charges. You may want to also consider a petition for non-disclosure of your criminal records.
