Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Molesting stepdaughter

Recently, my daughter told my neice and then me that while watching tv with her step-dad of 11 years he had 'touched her on her private. He admits this happened but says he was asleep and had thought my daughter was me, but quickly realized it was not me and jumped up and went to bed. My daughter agrees, but told the police. Will my husband be arrested police says there will be a thorough investigation. NO prior charge, etc. Daughter loves step-dad still.

Re: Molesting stepdaughter

More than likely yes. Your husband needs to hire an experienced criminal lawyer in your area and stop talking to the police until he talks with the police.
