What is the penal code violation for...A female employee w/ co A passes in the hall a male employee from co. B. B is a contractor assigned to clean bathrooms in A's company. A sees B infront of a bathroom so travels some 50 feet to another bathroom. Once A is in the stall she hears a noise and looks down to see the male B employee staring at her from under the partition. A is considering criminal charges. What is the charge?

I recommend contacting the Police, filing a report, and let the DA make the determination as to the charge.
