Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Police brutality
I was tasered by a police department after i was in the back seat of a patrol car in handcuffs. They did this because i kicked out the window and they came and turned the gun up too 75,000 volts and electrocuted me even though i hand cuffs on and was showing no resistance. Do i have means to a lawsuit? I have several witnesses also.

I am confused by how you will claim that you showed no resistance, yet kicked out the patrol car window.
