probation revoaktion for pot
i've been on probation, for the second time, for a second offense possession charge. this weekend i was arrested for a public intoxication charge. But during the arrest, the officers found marijuana in my car, which belonged to my friend who was with me at the time. The cops charged both of us with the possession, which was under 2 oz. Im worried they're goin to revoke my probation and lock me up for 6 months. Im going to turn in a clean UA tomorrow to my lawyer, being the day I after I got out of jail. And I wonder what I have coming to me, and whether there's anyway to stay out of jail. I was also out past curfew.
