theft enhancement
I have two prior misdermenor thefts,and was given a theft enhancement. What are my chances of getting the felony enhancement knocked back down to a misdermenor and getting time servered for the two months I spent in county jail. I

To speculate on your case without knowing the facts, the judge, the D.A.s policies, and how long ago the priors are would only be guessing. The term for charging you with a felony and punishing you as a misdemeanor is a 12/44. Some D.A.s will do these some will not offer them but you can go to the judge for punishment. e-mail me if you are in the Houston area and need help.
