Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is this true please let me know if there is something like it if not

If a cop pulls you over for speeding and i havent been drinking or anything and he wants to search and i say no and we wait for the canine to get there for 1hour the cop has no evidence is there a set time they can hold me with no evidence? is there a way that i can get all the charges after that dropped because they held me over teh time limit they were supposed to with no evidence?? this was in grayson county

There are ways to suppress the evidence depending on the facts. If the police hold you for a prolonged detention it may be possible to get all charges thrown out. We have handled many cases like this. Give us a call to discuss.
