Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

Pregnancy descrimination

I have recently been placed on a probation period of 30 days for some "concerns" my employer had with my management style. I find it odd that I have never been reprimanded or written up in any way, but 60 days before my scheduled maternity they chose to do this. I should recieve 75% of my pay for 6 weeks after the baby is born, but am afraid that they are just doing this to get out of paying for leave at the bussiest time of yr for my employer.

Discrimination?

Sounds like it. Get to an employment attorney immediately. If you don't know one, go to http://www.nela.org

That's the National Employment Lawyers Association. You can find out the address of the NELA chapter in your state.

They'll be able to help. Don't waste time. Do it immediately.
