2 dwi
I havea question my girlfriend has recieved her 2nd dwi. Is it possiable that she could just be put on probation and fined or is she going to do time in jail?

It's possible, but not probable. She may get three days, and only have to book in/book out. She will not have any chance without a lawyer to review the file, and isolate the weaknesses and strengths of the case.
