i got my 3rd dwi recently blew a .09 does this mean i automatically will do time in prison,if not what can i expect?

It does not mean automatic prison time. The DA will automatically charge you with a third degree felony. You need to hire an attorney to review the facts of your case. This may be a case should be tried. Or the attorney could negotiate a plea bargain that involved probation instead of prison time.
