Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

DWI - child under age..

please help he was fixing to go back to school...he needs his lic he has a job...i talked to him and he wasnt drunk not sure what happened talked to him lots./.......underage/i have some suggestions....like def driving/anger mgmt./community service.......etc.no jail - forst offense.......please help...........first ever.....he doesnt normally drink or smoke...he has great job.....thank you
