Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

i had a dwi in texa several years ago..i have never had a texas license or plan on gettin one..ever time i pay off a fine another one pops up that i was never notified about.. i have been on the phon for 3 day talkin to people who have no clue whats goin on. how do i find out what i really owe and how to make it go away. i have until march for texas to clear me or they will revoke my AL. license. all my phone conversation are leading nowhere. im given a dollar amount. and the next day when i finally get to talk to someone elese, it changes. again i have never been a resident of texas nor will i ever. any guidence would be a blessing

Unfortunately, your post does not have enough specific information to allow for a specific answer. You could hire a lawyer to do this for you, or you will have to continue on this path of making phone calls and sending checks, until you reach a point of clearance. Good luck.
