what i would like to know is that i have been with wife for 9 years,married for 3. when i first meet my wife she already had 2 children from 2 other people. my wife and her 2 children lived with there grandparents,grandparents raised kids when first born. there mother was 15 and thought that she still could do whatever,whenever,didnt tend to children. thats when i came into the picture, found out she had children,i fell in love with her! then i find out she has 2 children from previous relationships, i didnt care i wanted a family, so i then moved her and her 2 chilren in with me.these 2 children have been uner my care for the past 9 years. now be have a 3 year old together and i am worried that she just bbrought the kids and myself to texas just to get rid of us.she is now having an affair with a family friend, it has been going on for past 2 months,and now she has got my 14 year old son invoved. she has never been able to keep a job for more than 6 months, in the whole 9 years been together.she is not working now and looking for assistance from welfare for assistance. she states that welfare will come after myself for child support if they help with school, i am trying to do the right thing for children. please help

I'm not really sure what you are asking. You need to be more clear with your objectives. What exactly do you want to accomplish? Are you wanting custody of the child?
