Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Texas

Protecting authors identity

I have a manuscript I plan to self-publish. I plan to publish it anonymously using a pseudonym. Is there a legal way by which I can create a wall between my identity and the manuscript?

Re: Protecting authors identity

Based on what you have written, you can always publish items anonymously. This is generally not a good avenue to pursue. If you do not take credit for the publishing, you may potentially being doing youself harm in any future royalties earnings or credits. If you desire to create a "wall" between your identity and the manuscript, then you might want to contact a law firm to assist you. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to schedule an initial consultation.
