Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have 3 children that im the sole provider for and 1 with another woman that is 10 months old. I have given this girl cash for the 10 month old for the past 10 months.Will the amount children that I alreday take care of effect the amount of childsupport I wil have to pay.I live in Texas.

Yes. If you are obligated to support 4 children and you are being sued for child support on one, the court will compute child support as 14.75% of your net resources, instead of 20%.
