The judge must decide what is in the best interest of your son and will order custody accordingly.

You should consult and attorney for an in-depth analysis of your situation.

Good Luck!

Based on what you have written, the child's best interest will be the main issue for a court to deal with. You should consult with a local law firm to ensure you are protecting your rights and interests. Ok, the guys have had a say...now for a woman's opinion.

If you are breast-feeding don't stop, it is good for the kid.

Also, usually if a child is under the age of 3, the courts in Harris County will order short, frequent visits...no overnights, especially if you are breast-feeding.

You need to be in an attorney's office pronto to learn more about TX law.

If you want a consultation, I charge $1 per minute.

Good luck!
