This is difficult to understand. It appears from the post, however, that you represented yourself in the divorce and are unhappy with the results of that. Generally speaking, you cannot a modify a divorce decree regarding a property settlement. It is final. You do mention something about an appellate ruling. It is possible that a clarification can be brought, but will depend upon the exact facts that have occurred. This may not help you, but hopefully it will help others. Not having an attorney is a disaster. Almost every single time. And once that is completely understood, it is too late. You had community property. Plenty of attorneys would have obtained their fee from that community property. You got railroaded.
