Adoption of grandchild

I am adopting my grandchild from my daughter who has sole custody. My daughter no longer wants custody of her and wants me to adopt her. What is the least expensive route for me to complete the adoption process?

Find a good lawyer who can do this job correctly the first time. Better make sure the father is also willing to grant the adoption, although no judge would grant an adoption without terminating all parental rights. Good Luck.
