annulment...

i recently got married on march 6th after moving to texas march 5th. My husband is in the military and we got married the same day as recieving the marriage license...do i have grounds for an annulment?

Possibly, since you got married within the 72 hour waiting period after the license is issued. However, I believe there is a waiver of the 72 hour waiting period for those in the military, which may cause a problem depending on what actions you and your husband took in order to get married. However, you should be talking with an attorney of your choosing regarding the filing of an annulment or divorce.

Or, you can just file for a divorce. The filing fee is the same.
