Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The attorney general has held my exs income tax in the amount of over $8000.00, but won't explain why and is saying more is owed to the state. The total help I received does not even equal to that. Besides rewriting our divorce that had been final for 14 yrs. What can I do for information on this subject?

I'm not totally sure what you are asking.

You definately need to take your papers and correspondence to a family law attorney in your area to discuss.
