Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My baby is 9 months old I'm going through a custody battle. I have agreed to let my son go with his dad for 42 days as summer time visit. I'm kinda regreting it. Could he legaly have him for that amount of time when he is that little. I'm not saying he doesn't have a right to see him he does once a month because we live 1500 miles apart. I'm just thinking he is too little to be away from me this long.

Most judges will allow a graduated possession schedule for children under three. You have, however, stated that you have already agreed to this schedule. You may or may not be able to back out of the agreement. If you are in the midst of a custody battle, you should have legal representation. This is exactly the type of issue to discuss with your attorney.
