Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I will be taking my x wife to court to obtain custodial custody of my 3 children I have spoke with several attorneys about my case they say my chances are about 80%. I would like to know how hard it will be to get custody of my children and what would I need to prove to the judge that I am the more stabile home for my children and that I only want what is best for my kids and I will not be asking her for any child support. I would like to know what the chances are in the state of texas of a man getting custodial custody? I know it will be hard to tell me much but I just want to get as many oppions as I can If there is any addvise you can give please do thank you. I asked this question before and I guess did not give enough info, I am sorry. I have several things aginst my x like Parental Alienation and she has had CPS called on her 10 times in two years. I have school reports were my kids were sent to school with moldy food and pictures of my kids heads, hands and leds where they were not properly restrained and hit the dash of the care or fell and hit the floor of the car. I also have video statments of my kids telling me that mommy leaves them in the car while she goes shopping and I have police reports where her new husband was hitting my kids and making my girl take her cloths off in front of him. This has all been reported I have done things the way I was told to do by CPS and nothing has been done so I am taking matters to court. Now after knowing that what advice can you give me any will help please.

Get a lawyer. Please. It is the best possible thing you can do for your children. They may be living in a terrible situation that needs immediate action, and a custody battle is far more complex than you can imagine. It is not enough that you have all of the above information, you need to know how to get it admitted as evidence before the court. It also sounds as if there needs to be an emergency temporary hearing. The court will hold you to the same standard as an attorney, and it will be very difficult to do without an attorney.
