Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My brother is currently incarcerated and will be for a few yrs. My family and I are trying to be a part of his girls lives, my nieces but his wife wont allow us. She wont let them visit my parents, their grandparents and she wont let me talk to them on the phone. What can I do?

As their mother, she is in control of whom the children see and talk to. I assume that she isn't abusing the children.

Send her some flowers. On the card, ask her to call you, and include your phone number.
