Re: name changed?

If you want to change your last name to your husband's it is totally up to you.

Many women don't take their husband's names for many reasons - such as they are professional known by their maiden name.

If you want to change your name to his, you will need to take a copy of your marriage license to social security, TX driver's license office, bank, etc.

Congratulations! I hope you never need a divorce lawyer!
