Child Support
My ex-husband is deliquent in child support payments. He is also going to be going to prison for vehicular manslaughter. Is there a way for me to still recieve child support while he is in prison or are there some type of assistance programs?

If he has any type of income or assets that don't rely on him being employed you should still receive support. As to whether or not you qualify for any type of assistance, that will depend on you personal situation and income.
