Child Support Review Process

Issue: Jurisdiction

Question: When a CSRP is pending does the County that executed the original Order Enforcing Child Support (Harris County Texas) have juriscituion? OR

Does the County (Fort Bend) where all parties now reside have jurisdiction?

Case is in ''Enforcement'' mode.

The county which issued the order has jurisdiction, however, if properly done, it can be transferred to the county of residence of the child.
