child support
The state of Texas said that i owe a lot of back child support.this is over 18 years old and they will not take it to court.but they are still taking money out of my disabetily check each month,and they told me that there wasent anything that i could do.this is not right.My x wife commited froud for years and tyey will not do anything to her or try to get the money that she owes.

It appears that you have tried to resolve this yourself, without success. You need to have a lawyer in the county where the orders originate to assist you. If your complaint refers to an 18 year old order, that has never been contested, it may be impossible to get it overturned now. If the manner of collection in improper, the attorney should be able to get it resolved.
