Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support/divorce

I married a man with 2 small children who are now over 18. If he wants to divorce me now, do I get considerationion in current debts for all of the child support we paid for the last 14 years??

Nope. The child support obligation was his and his alone. If you contributed, you did it voluntarily without any obligation to do so. Perhaps you could ask for a reimbursement to the community. Good Luck.
